Quick Update....

Life is Great! We have had a busy couple of weeks. I have been feeling good and looking forward to Chemo Treatment #6 on Thursday....You may be surprised when I say I am looking forward to it, but that is only because it is the last one....at least that is the plan, but we know how plans have turned out for Team Wergi lately! There is a possibility that  there might be a seventh treatment, but they hope not and I so do I. Apparently cancer adapts to the medication and is only effective for 6-7 rounds......so we will see.....

In three weeks or so, the medical team will re-evaluate and determine the next step....So like Advent....we wait!

Oh yeah....it is super important to find the fun and positive in all things, even Chemo that destroys the fast growing cells-cancer and otherwise....When I am sitting in the chair getting the unicorn juice, there is a person who comes with warm blankets AND all the snickerdoodle cookies I want!!!! So Thursday is Snickerdoodle Day in my World!

Anyhoo (That was for you Charlene!) We keep going, day by day, and life is good, just a little slower. Thank you again for all the prayers, support, and well wishes! I cannot do this with out my family, all of you and God!
