Dave and I got a phone call earlier in the summer to ask if we would be willing to be interviewed for an article that was going to be published in the Mason City Globe Gazette. August 30
August 30 is the anniversary of my baptism....it was also Grandpa Stoen's birthday. My sponsors were Grandpa and Grandma Stoen (Walter and Thea) and Grandpa and Grandma Lien (Elmer and Grace). My family gathered at Big Canoe Lutheran Church, Rural Route 4 Decorah Iowa.
